Change of Name
Okay, so I wasn’t all that bent on having one of my sharks called Knucklehead… so I let a few of my friends come up with a new name. The third shark is now officially called Po-Boy. I was interested in the meaning of the name, so I looked it up on dictionary.com. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any definition, but apparently, it’s Southern forĀ ”catfish sandwich.” I thought it was funny…
And I am officially hired as a Turpin Meadow Ranch wrangler for summer 2008. I got a call this morning.

Wrangler…. you are going to have a blast!! when I worked at Yellowstone, the wranglers showed their acceptance of me by throwing their steak knives through my (paper) plate after dinner one night. Scared me half to death! so if everyone sort of gets up together real slow and heads for you, you’ll know what’s coming. It’s a great feeling, because those wranglers had a real high work ethic. Isn’t life the greatest adventure? As Eric Alexander once said, “Why would you be anything but a Christian?” Jackson Hole is a fun place to visit, too- you enter the town through an arch of antlers… BTW… be sure to go hot-pottin’!

You should have used urbandictionary.com
They have a definition of po-boy.

Haha!! I love the new name. Po-boys are really common down in Louisiana. Pretty good stuff, although… I have a feeling that your little sharky wouldn’t make such a great sandwich.
P.S. RIP Livs. Her trip down the porcelain express was mourned.
