Wyoming

I drive back to Covenant tomorrow morning around 8:00. Classes start on Tuesday… my first one is Finite Mathematics. I’m not too excited about going back to school, but it’s going to be good to get back into a normal routine and schedule. Being at home has been really good… but I’m always kind of restless and out of it. It’ll be good to keep my hands busy again (and in another week, I’ll be wishing I was home again - got to love the irony).

Wyoming

I decided to head out to Wyoming to work for the summer. I haven’t filled out the application yet, so I can’t say for sure… but I’d be working with horses at a ranch called Turpin Meadow Ranch out in the Grand Tetons of Wyoming, right on the edge of Yellowstone National Park. It’s an incredibly beautiful place, or so I have been told. My dad is already talking about coming out with the family to visit me for a week.

  1. Philip- oh, my yes, the Grand Tetons are breath-taking! I worked in Yellowstone for a summer (way back when…) and drove through the Grand Tetons. Will this make you a bona fide wrangler?
