Scratch That

Scratch that last post I wrote. I was talking to my mom and dad on the phone last night… asking them what they thought about me going for one of the Break on Impact trips. My mom reminded me that I already have the commitment of going on Chorale tour over spring break. I kind of kicked myself when I remembered that. Don’t get me wrong, Chorale tour is going to be incredible - there is nothing quite like touring around some of the country singing at all the stops you make (or so I have been told). But then again, there is also nothing quite like going to Peru or an Indian Reservation to serve. As my mom reminded me, “There are always more opportunities.”

So… Uganda? I’m lost. Decisions, decisions…

  1. philip remember what you often reminded me: in ecclesiastes 3 it says there is a time for everything. You once had some writing paper which had this verse at the bottom of every sheet: ‘He has made everything beautiful in its time.’ Trust Him, he will put you where he wants you, for His purposes, at the time He needs you to be there. So, no need to worry or feel disappointed about missing out on things! God is in control, and will put you in exactly the right place for doing His tasks!! x
