A few people have been asking me about the new dorm, as well as the building projects that are going on right now at Covenant.

I wrote a little bit about the new dorm progress that is happening, but I thought I would refer you to the actual Covenant website that has a lot more specific details and information about the BUILD campaign at Covenant. There are a number of various building projects that are either currently happening or in the plans – from renovating Carter Hall, to building a new academic building across from Carter Hall (in between the Chapel and Probasco), to building a new residence hall, to constructing a new circle on the north side of campus…

There is a lot of awesome change going on, and I want people to be able to hear it from the people who know what they’re talking about.

I encourage you all to pray for Covenant through this time. Not everyone agrees with the new projects – saying that money should be focused elsewhere. I’m not a voice of knowledge on that subject, but I do know that we have a responsibility to pray with and for our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. And those at Covenant are only a small part of that body of believers.
